As the Operations Manager for Network Operations, you’ll collaborate with the following teams to perfect tracking and auto-tracking: operations, business intelligence, vendors, and product development. What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Strategize on the tools and technologies needed to improve our world-class tracking mechanism
• Collaborate with customers on their tracking KPI needs and implement an internal plan of action
• Focus on increasing the quality of our track and trace team
• Maintain a fluid carrier tracking strategy from onboarding, compliance, and reporting

What you need to succeed at RXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• 4 years of operations experience
• Experience with tech adoption and change management
• Experience with transportation visibility platforms
• Ability to prioritize work and complete projects effectively within time limits 

It’d be great if you also have:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2 years of non-asset-based brokerage experience
• Experience in management and leadership; conflict resolution experience 
• Strong ability to think strategically
• Proven leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively supervise, coach, and influence employees
