As the Analyst, Customer Accounts, you will be responsible for supporting internal and external projects for an assigned business unit. We want to leverage your skills and experience to drive positive results and help us keep our operations running smoothly. What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Document requirements for new projects, including current state, future state and gap analysis
- Provide support to other Implementation Specialists by organizing meetings, capturing project notes, updating project plans and communicating information to meeting participants/related parties
- Provide analytical, troubleshooting, training or escalation support for new startup initiatives or projects
- Monitor completed projects to analyze the health of the account, review KPIs, evaluate operational assumptions vs. planned, etc.
- Participate in meetings with Operations Support team to ensure global coordination across multiple technical and operational initiatives
What you need to succeed at RXO:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 1 year of operations, Account Management, or project management experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Proven ability to create processes and procedures for field operations through usage of Customer feedback/needs, OneCRM and PowerBI
It’d be great if you also have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
- Thorough knowledge of internal company software applications related to position/business unit
- Customer Service, Account Management or business-related experience
- Experience with Microsoft Project or comparable project management tool
