As the Director, Technology Integrations, you’ll be responsible for planning, initiating, and managing information technology (IT) projects. You will Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Travel Required: 5-10% travel required within US for branch visits, customer visits. Supervise 5 Direct Employees: 15-1299.08: Computer Systems Engineers/Architects; 15-1252.00: Software Developers.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects.
• Lead and guide the work of technical staff.
• Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
• Plan project stages and assess business implications foreach stage.
• Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
• Provide strategic thought leadership to the organization including overseeing the development and implementation of integration projects, managing staffing and resources.
• Serve as subject matter expert for all company integrations (EDI/API) needs with SAMs, other sales professionals, and executives.
• Oversee technology project management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget and meet quality standards.
• Manage team of managers, developers and analysts for EDI customer and carrier integration, onboarding.
• Travel Required: 5-10% travel required within US for branch visits, customer visits.
• Supervise 5 Direct Employees: 15-1299.08: Computer Systems Engineers/Architects; 15-1252.00: Software Developers.

What you need to succeed at RXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• Bachelor of Science degree or foreign equivalent in information systems, computer science, electronic engineering, or closely related.
• Requires five (5) years of post-bachelor’s progressive experience as a Technology Analyst, Associate, or related.
• Experience must include five (5) years of post-bachelor’s progressive experience in all of the following:
  • EDI implementations for EXI X12 documents such as 850, 855, 810, 856.
  • Support to business, customer representatives EDI related queries.
  • COBOL and JCL.
• Experience must also include three (3) years of post-bachelor’s progressive experience in all of the following:
  • Utilizing lean concepts to include A3s, continuous improvement roadmaps, and process mapping to manage supply chain and logistics projects.
  • Sterling VAN connectivity.
  • Sterling Connect Enterprise (RDX) mailbox setups.
  • Business meetings and coordinate the EDI implementations with trading Partners.
  • Business and technical analysis to accommodate customer requirements.
