As the Senior Analyst, Tech QA you’ll Lead and report on UAT strategy for the entire Finance Technology group. This role will also be responsible for the creation and maintenance of all finance modules (AP/AR/FA/CM/GL) testing strategy. This role will partner heavily with key business partners to ensure the business need is being met.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Plan, coordinate, and report on testing activities.  Responsible for test planning and development, test execution, defect management, and all other testing activities that lead to the achievement of high quality and scalable product delivery. Experienced, hands-on technical team member who can guide the QA members in the QA team and build alliances across development teams and the business. Concise reporting of the status and the progress of the team is essential
• Apply testing experience to validate complex Oracle environment and business scenarios.  Good to understand the following Oracle module (AP/AR/FA/CM/GL).  Understanding of all integrated applications the make up the RXO environment (both production environments)
• Independently develop test schedules for numerous types of projects.  This will include an initial estimation of time and resources, assign appropriate resources to task, confirm and track to agree upon timelines and ensure deliverables have met the requirements
• -Perform testing on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, projects with vendors and integration partners

What you need to succeed at RXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
• 3 years of experience as a System Analyst

It’d be great if you also have:

• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge and experience using Agile with Scrum Methodology
• Ability to adapt and willingness to learn new technology
• Create automated test scripts and test software for iterative and incremental software development efforts
• Strong knowledge of QA automation frameworks and test suites for UI and non-UI based applications
• Proficiency with databases and writing complex SQL queries
• Knowledge of Oracle Financial modules
• Knowledge of various programming languages
