As the Digital Freight Match Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining reports, tracking shipments and dealing with issues that arise, ensuring our customers have a positive experience. What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Receive inbound calls from non-portfolio carriers; answer questions from carriers related to the Carrier Portal and the Drive RXO app
• Take offers from carriers and negotiate the rates with RXO Sales Representatives; report offer rejection issues from the Sales Representatives
• Obtain tracking information from carriers
• Manage load delivery and Ready-to-Pay (RTP)
• Sell features of the portal and app to reduce the amount of redundant inbound calls
• Provide information on loads and gather capacity information from non-portfolio carriers; track carrier behaviors and performance (bounce %)
• Escalate issue-related matters to Systems Coach

What you need to succeed at RXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• 1 year of experience providing support to internal and external customers, and/or vendors in the transportation industry
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows applications

It’d be great if you also have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of third-party logistics (3PL) experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
