As the Analyst, Dynamics 365 Applications, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions to optimize and automate our business processes.
What your day-to-day will look like:

Work with internal and external partners to design, develop and deploy enhancements within the D365 environment including modifications to functional processes, reporting and integrations with other systems

Monitor the health of the Dynamics 365 environment and react appropriately for business continuity

Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes and translate them into technical specifications

Perform gap/fit analysis between D365 functionality and organizational requirements

Document functional requirements and software designs

Integrate the Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio with other Microsoft technologies and third-party systems, such as Azure services, Office 365, SharePoint and external databases

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, developers and testers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget
Implement Security Measures: Ensure the security and compliance of the contact center platform, protecting sensitive customer data and maintaining privacy standards
What you’ll need to excel:
At a minimum, you’ll need:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
It’d be great if you also have:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics
-
2+ years of experience configuring or managing Microsoft Dynamics 365
-
Experience working in a call center or helpdesk environment
-
Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform
-
Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents)
-
Experience with Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft SQL Server
