As a Transportation Specialist in Managed Transportation at RXO, you will be responsible for performing all functions of customer service, as well as order entry, load tracking and driver communication. We want to leverage your skills and years of experience to drive positive results while ensuring a bright future for yourself and RXO.  

 

What your day-to-day will look like: 

  • Schedule delivery appointments    

  • Monitor driver performance, hours, and DOT compliance issues   

  • Perform data entry and track-and-trace duties   

  • Provide freight pay and claims resolution   

  • Handle driver paperwork and bills of lading and customer order information   

 

What you’ll need to excel: 

At a minimum, you’ll need: 

  • 1 year of related experience  

 

It’d be great if you also have: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent   

  • Experience in transportation and DOT regulations    

  • Solid attention to detail with the ability to multitask   

  • Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills   

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and Omnitracs
